Refund Policy

We refund unused and uninstalled eSIMs when a refund request is submitted through a support ticket within 60 days of purchase.

Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if the eSIM has not been used and has not been installed on a device.

If the eSIM profile has been installed, activated, or otherwise used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a support ticket and include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. Submit the request within 60 days of the purchase date.
  3. Wait for our support team to review the request and confirm eligibility.

  • Refunds are limited to orders that meet the unused and uninstalled requirement.
  • Support may request additional information to verify the order and the refund request.
